Booking and payment
How do I book a chauffeur in Madrid?
Use the booking form: enter your pick-up and drop-off, date and time, choose a vehicle and pay securely online. You receive an email confirmation immediately. You can also book by phone or WhatsApp.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead, and earlier on match days, concert nights and during big conferences. For bookings within the next few hours, call us and we will do our best to find a chauffeur.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online by credit or debit card or with PayPal when you book. Companies can request payment by invoice.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. The fixed price covers all passengers up to the capacity of the car you choose.
Prices and cancellation
What is included in the price?
VAT, tolls, airport parking, flight tracking, meet and greet, and free waiting time: 60 minutes at airports and 15 minutes at other addresses.
Are there extra charges at night or on weekends?
No. The price shown in the booking form is the price you pay, whatever the time or day.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up. Changes to time or address can be made by phone, WhatsApp or email.
At the airport
Where will my chauffeur meet me at Madrid Airport?
In the arrivals hall of your terminal after baggage reclaim, holding a sign with your name. Madrid Airport has three terminals, so add your flight number when you book. See our Madrid Airport transfer page for details.
What if my flight is delayed or early?
We track your flight and adjust the pick-up time automatically. Delays never cost extra, and your 60 minutes of waiting time start when you actually land.
Do you also serve other airports?
Yes. Our main service is Madrid Airport, and we also drive to and from Valencia, Barcelona and Seville and Birmingham airports on request.
How early should I leave for my flight?
From central Madrid, plan about 3 hours before an international flight and about 2 hours before a flight within Spain or Europe. We suggest the right pick-up time when you book.
Vehicles and luggage
How many passengers and suitcases fit in each car?
The Mercedes E-Class carries up to 4 passengers with 4 suitcases. The Mercedes S-Class carries up to 3 passengers with 2 large suitcases. The Mercedes V-Class carries up to 7 passengers with 7 large suitcases. Compare them on the fleet page.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, free of charge. Tell us the age of each child when you book and we fit the right seats before pick-up.
Can I travel with a pet?
Small pets in a closed carrier are welcome. Please mention it in your booking notes.
Destinations
Do you drive to other cities?
Yes. We drive to Toledo, Segovia, Ávila, Valencia and Barcelona and anywhere else in Spain. Enter the address in the booking form for a fixed price.
Can I book a chauffeur by the hour?
Yes. Our hourly chauffeur hire and corporate chauffeur service cover meetings, conferences, events and sightseeing.
Can the chauffeur drop me in the city centre?
Yes. Your chauffeur knows the bus lanes, the Madrid Central low-emission zone and the pedestrian streets in central Madrid, and plans the best drop-off point near your hotel or venue.
